    • If you are interested, you can enter your contact details to be informed about news or
reading groups, for example. In all cases, we process your personal data exclusively for the specific purpose recognisable to
      you.

Cookies in relation to the use of our website
We typically use “cookies” and similar technologies on our website to identify your device
(computer, smartphone, etc.). A cookie is a small file that is sent to your device or stored by
your browser when you visit our website. This enables us to recognise you when you return to
the website, even if we do not know who you are. In addition to cookies that are only used
during a session and are deleted after your visit to the website (“session cookies”), cookies
can also be used to save your settings and other information for a certain period of time
(“permanent cookies”). However, you can set your browser so that it rejects cookies, only
saves them for one session or otherwise deletes them prematurely. Most browsers are preset to
accept cookies. We can use permanent cookies to save your user settings (e.g. language).
Our website uses Google Analytics from Google Inc (“Google”). Google Analytics uses
cookies to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the
cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and
stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the
purpose of analysing your use of the website, compiling reports on user activity and providing
other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may transfer this

information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties
process the information on Google’s behalf.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of
compliance with European data protection law
(https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Further information on data processing by Google can be found in Google’s privacy policy:

You can refuse the setting of cookies and the use of Google Analytics in the cookie banner on
our website. You can set your browser accordingly to block other cookies that are not used to
monitor behaviour; this may impair the functionality of the website.

Forwarding of your data
We will not pass on your personal data to other third parties unless there is a legal obligation
to do so or you have given us your express consent to do so.

How long will your data be stored?
We store your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or
until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us at any time.
You also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted. If you have given us
your consent to data processing, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future.
